How do I register on the platform? How to get approved?

Registration is FREE and simple. Please select Register NOW and enter your company details. You have to provide VAT number and extract from your company business register  to get approved by our team. We may ask additional questions if need it. 

How long does it take to get approved?

It usally takes up to 24 hours. When you get the approval, we will notify you via email.

From where do you shipp the products?

Products are stored in our Warehouse in Slovenia (Central Europe) and are usally dispatched the same day after receiving the order.

Do you use non-branded boxes for dropshipping? 

Yes, non-branded packaging is being use for your dropshipping orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across whole Europe, but within EU bordes.  Check our shipping rates here. 

What payment options are available?

You can pay your orders with credit cards, Paypal or bank transfer. We advice to use credit cards for faster order processing.

What are your processing and delivery times?

I never received an email, when will my order ship?

Generally, orders ship within 2-3 days (depending on the delivery country). If you never received an email, check your spam/junk folder. We send 3 emails throughout the process:

  • A confirmation when we receive your order
  • order processed (but not shipped)
  • order shipped (with tracking)
